New Patient Information
for Staunton
We are pleased to be accepting new patients at our Staunton (Verona), Harrisonburg, and Lexington locations. We have extended hours, and always make time for emergencies and new patients. We can generally schedule your appointment within 2 days. Most emergencies are same-day appointments.
- At your first visit, you’ll see our hygienist and then your dentist. Because your comfort is always important to us, we’ll offer you cozy blankets, neck pillows, headphones and lip balm. You can have headphones to tune us out(!) or select the music you want to hear in your treatment room.
- We try to keep paper work down to a minimum and will respect your valuable time. If you would like to complete the new patient forms at home, you can visit our downloadable forms page to do this.
- We participate with multiple dental insurance plans including: Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Assurant, Aetna, Cigna/GEHA, Delta Dental, Guardian, United Concordia. We will work with you to help maximize your benefits.
- Dental insurance may not cover all of the procedures at 100%, but we will work with you to help you understand your benefits ahead of time
