Dental Health Associates is looking for a Dental Hygienist Assistant in Harrisonburg, Virginia, to join our clinical team. Competitive Pay range: min$20-max$22 per hour
Full time: Monday - Friday 7:30a.m.-5:30p.m.

Responsibilities
Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization
Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress
Update patient health history and chart treatment progress
Expose and develop radiographs (if certified)
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Cordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments
Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems
Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (Required)
Associate or certification in Dental Assisting (preferred but not required)
Radiology certification (i- required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
